Are Indians misusing the Democracy...?

India is known as largest democratic country in world. As we are the people of largest democratic country, our constitution gave us various rights. But nowdays since last some years it seems that Indians are misusing the democracy.

As we are citizens of largest democratic country, we have power of votes. But nowdays most of Indian citizens are not using democracy, only they are giving votes in regular intervals during general election, assembly election and local body election. Also most of Indian don't Know what is the real meaning of democracy because since independence the political leaders and bureaucrats don't want that the people of India should know that what is real democracy.

Due to democracy in our country various political parties and the government is always busy in elections campaigning and strategies throughout the year, therefore India is always on election mode. Just is this political leaders Making India fool. Every time there is election somewhere in India it may be general election or assembly election or bye election or local body election.

Also our constitution gave us lots of freedom as well as lots of fundamental rights. But since last 5 to 10 years it observe that the some of Indian misusing that freedoms and fundamental rights. Specially freedom of Expression. Freedom of expression refers to the ability of an individual or group of individuals to express their beliefs, thoughts, ideas, and emotions. Nowdays what happens that with the help of this freedom any group of individuals or group of some people can express their thoughts in such way that due to their expressions other people of that area faces various problem and it happens regularly. So it seen that somewhere we misusing the democracy and our fundamental rights also.

More than 90% of Indian citizens don't know what is democracy and government is not interested to teach them. In the end I would like to say that, "there is no democracy in India just it is running in the name of Democratic Process.
